Method 1
First, check if the status of the printer has somehow changed to offline.
Go to “Control Panel” —> “Devices and Printers” —> find and right click your printer —> “See what’s printing” —> click “Printer” and if “Use Printer Offline” is enabled, disable it by clicking once.
Next, check the printer connectivity.
